Honda Unveils Updated 750cc ADV Scooter for 2023
Honda has revealed the 2023 X-ADV for
international markets, featuring updates including new color schemes. The
latest additions to the scooter's color options include Matte Ballistic Black
Metallic and Pearl Deep Mud Gray, with bold graphics and logos. The Shasta
White paint job is designed with black and red highlights, adding to the unique
look of the scooter.
The X-ADV boasts a range of features,
including spoke wheels, upside-down front forks, a tall windscreen, and an
engine sump guard. The scooter's powerful 745cc, twin-cylinder motor, delivers
57bhp and 69Nm, paired with a Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) similar to the
Honda Africa Twin. The X-ADV also boasts an impressive feature list, including
a Bluetooth-enabled five-inch TFT display, smart key, Honda Smartphone Voice
Control, full-LED lighting, 22-liter under-seat storage, a USB charging port, a
1.2-liter glovebox, a center stand.
However, it is unlikely that the
Honda X-ADV will be launched in India, as there is currently no market for such
products in the country. Another factor is the expected pricing. With the
CB500X priced at around Rs 7 lakh, the X-ADV would likely cost no less than Rs
10-12 lakh, ex-showroom, making it a considerably expensive proposition.
